Call Advisor
HRGO are currently recruiting for Call Advisors on behalf of a Public Sector health organisation based in Norwich.
This is temporary position up until April 2023.
Job Title: CallEast Advisor
Location: Norwich
Hourly Pay Rate:
Weekdays 06.00 to 20.00 £9.50
Nights 20.00 to 06.00 and Saturdays £13.40
Sundays and Bank Holidays £17.39
Shifts will be on a rotational basis between 8am and 11pm (8 hour shifts - 5 days a week - 37.5 hours per week - including some weekend work). You must be available to work on CHRISTMAS DAY, for a few hours, if required.

Qualifications
- 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (or an equivalent qualification) including English
- RSA Level 3, (or equivalent keyboard skill)
About the role:
Answering non-emergency calls, which relate to Patient Transport booking, District Nursing, Midwifery and commercial clients as well.
Parking on site is available.
