My client is a well established construction company primarily in the fit out industry. An opportunity is available for a buyer with a proven track record to join the team with progression the aim. The successful candidate will be: CIPS Qualified (or equivalent) Experienced in managing subcontractors Knowledge of commercial and contract law Have the ability to manage tenders taking into account purchasing best practice principles An understanding of the CIS scheme is important part of this role as you will be dealing with a large number of sub-contractors.
