Our client based in India are a privately held services and technology solution provider specializing in IT and business process management solutions for Public and Private Sector Clients. We are looking to recruit a UK based Sales Manager who will be responsible for new business development within the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate will be result-oriented and a self-motivated sales professional with proven record of achieving & exceeding sales targets

Duties to include:

• End-to-End License and Services Sale of BMC Software/ ServiceNow/ Atlassian/ Splunk and AWS and Software Services (SaaS, iPaaS, On premise). More focus should be around Services Sales like Off-shore or on-site Implementation projects/ T&M engagements/ Sustenance Projects or post implementation support/ Managed services projects.

• Revenue Forecasting and Target Achievement

• Vendor Registration for new client on-boarding

• Negotiation and Onboarding of the resources

• Supporting Marketing activities such as webinars, Blogs, technical content.

• Cross Sale the other OEM products and Up-sale of current capacity of Licenses/ Services

• Business Case development, Value Realization

• Mentor Presales consultants on Solution Demo's, POC's

• Business Proposals and C-Level presentations

• Business and Technical adviser to clients

• Additional Responsibilities to outline the service offerings

• Attain sales target on revenue and margin

• Coordinate with Client and Delivery team for successful and timely delivery of project's

• Qualify and prioritize 'requests to engage' to ensure focus and alignment

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sale objectives and provide accurate and timely reports/forecasts

• Demand generation - Identify and qualify prospective customers and penetrate targeted prospects in their assigned geographical territory

• Demonstrated executive level sales experience
