Business Development / Sales Manager required to push the further expansion of this established and respected sub contract precision Engineering company.
We are looking for someone who can bring regular volume work into the business and drive the expansion into new markets and companies using their industry knowledge and contacts. Knowledge of Military or Medical markets would be a distinct advantage.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
Identification of targets, leads and completion of RFQ's
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
Maintain and expand existing business
Qualifications
5 years' + prior Precision engineering industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and sales history.
