A global workforce management company is seeking Field based Business Development Managers for the South of England. This role requires someone who is outgoing with a likeable persona, a natural net-worker, able to build relationships easily and generate leads and deliver to their clients expectations. Job description * Identifing key clients * Generate referrals * Manage existing clients * Able to manage high levels of activity: Book minimum of 12 meetings a week, Daily target calls,LinkedIn activity * Monthly meeting with existing accounts * maintain existing accounts * Organise networking events * Prepare and deliver training to new and existing clients * 1 day a week at head office (London) Requirements * Previous recruitment experience or understanding of the recruitment industry * Experience managing accounts * Minimum of 2 years within a Business Development Management role * Sales background * Client focused * Friendly and approachable manner * Able to manage high levels of sales activity * Flexible to travel and hold networking meetings
