Hrgo are looking for a Business Development Executive for a well-known Dover company. This role will suit a person with a sales background, who can generate new business and is confident in building and retaining a customer's database. Key Job Responsibilities: Generate new business across multiple sectors * Manage sales and account development opportunities, using our customer relationship management system * Ensure a pipeline of opportunities through lead calling and prospect qualification * Plan pitches and work with all stakeholders to develop proposals that meet the client's needs * Meet personal targets agreed on an annual basis * Identify new business opportunities via territory planning and diary management * Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales * Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop our unique selling points * Attend industry functions, such as exhibitions and conferences, and provide feedback and information on the market and trends This role is working Monday to Friday and based on a 37.5 hour working week offering flexible start/finish times.
