Our client requires a Business Development Executive to support the sales and growth of their exciting new product, within a large international company.

The role is paying £22,000, and involves working up to 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, travelling across client sites around Gloucester and surrounding areas. Please note that this role is for 6 months, but our client is looking to take the perfect, resilient, hard working candidate on permanently after the 6 months.

About the role

You will be responsible for raising awareness and promoting our clients brand to independent and convenience channels. You will be given weekly sales and performance related targets, growing brand presence in your stores.

We need highly motivated individuals who can provide a fresh, innovative & informed approach. Your passion and commitment to delivering a great experience to your retailers, your ability to learn quickly and share your insights will ensure that we achieve our goals.

Key responsibilities

• Working in Partnership with key decision makers to expand and deepen product awareness
• Demonstrate a Return by signing retailers up to our incentive platform & encourage engagement by maintaining your visits.
• Demonstrate Determination & expertly handle objections or concerns the retailer may have using your knowledge and skills.

• Excellent time management

For this role, you will need to be able to drive and have your own car, this may involve driving up to 50 miles a day. However, our client is paying petrol/car allowance @ 28p a mile.
