Great Recruitment sales and business development opportunity!
We have an opportunity for a successful recruitment professional to join our expanding team, the role will be covering the Yorkshire area.
You must have previous, proven industrial recruitment sales experience.
The role is newly created and will focus on new business sales for the local branches to fill. You should be familiar with business development processes, cold calling and client development.

We'd like to hear from you if you embody the following:
Previous recruitment experience
Driven individual who thrives on working to and exceeding targets
Strong verbal business development skills including cold calling, qualifying client leads, solid questioning and listening skills
Strong communication and presentation skills.
A proven track record in dealing with corporate companies and SME's.
IT proficiency
Ability to build rapport with clients.
The flexibility to travel and have the occasional night away from home - within reason
