Business Development Executive
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to take up this important role in the Sales and Marketing team, you will be predominantly telephone prospecting to uncover and generate verified leads that can be passed on to the face to face sales team.
The successful candidate will often be the first point of call to the outside world so a thoroughly professional approach and manner is an absolute must.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills while remaining results focused.
The individual should also be an excellent self-starter, work well under pressure and demonstrate good time and project management skills, and also have a good sense of judgement to prioritise a diverse workload and urgent tasks.
The role requires the ability to work effectively alone, but also be accountable to the wider team, being very comfortable communicating with all colleagues across departments in a calm and patient manner.

Lead Generation and Verification
Appointment setting for Business Development Team
CRM database management and cleansing

Update the CRM and other agreed recording mechanisms in real time
Follow all company policies and procedures

To display professional attitude, behaviours and maintain the brand positioning of a Professional Design and Delivery Organisation

Step in and 'do what it takes', whatever the task, on an infrequent basis when required, to demonstrate commitment to the business and all its team members
