Business Coordinator - Eastbourne - Start date: ASAP

HRGO Recruitment are looking to recruit a personable and motivated Business Co-ordinator to join a Sales and Purchasing Team for a dynamic and innovating technology provider based in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

The role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating quotes and purchase orders for the Sales Team
  • Providing administrative support to the Sales Team when necessary
  • Maintaining the supplier database
  • Client account management
  • Liaising with distributors and vendors
  • Attending training sessions, exhibitions and conferences as required
  • Competently arranging delivery of goods
  • Managing a rolling schedule of renewals
  • Executing and sending client contracts

The successful person will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A willingness to learn and co-operate as part of a team
  • A high level of customer service
  • Confidence working in a busy environment
  • An excellent telephone manner, along with friendly customer service skills
  • Attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills
  • A proactive, logical approach to problem solving coupled with common sense
  • Good communication, literacy and organisational skills
  • A willingness to work in the IT and Technology industry

This role is (Home office-based and the hours of work are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm with a 1 hour break for lunch.
