Twilight hours - Business Advisor
My client are looking for 4 new Business Advsiors to join their Twilight Team on a temp to perm basis.
Hours 02.00am to 09.00am
Pay rate: £9.23 per hour
Job Description
To manage and deliver excellent customer service to a portfolio of customers. Ensuring their needs and expectations are met in line with the SLA.
Responsible for delivering a high level of customer service, ensuring the SLA and targets are met.
Proactively ensuring that all matters in relation to fulfilment, customer enquires and c.net are successfully resolved at first point of contact.
Maintain regular contact with customers and suppliers. Keeping them up to date with bookings.
Resolve all queries within a timely manner: rate enquiries, invoice adjustments, system changes.
Maintain and establish relationships with your key customers.
Ensuring all roles are distributed to the relevant suppliers.
Manage no shows, backfills and communicate cancellations to our clients and suppliers.
Experience required:
Experience in working in a similar position (customer service, booking agent).
Customer service exp.
Able to answer a large volume of calls.
Manage to priorities and manage own work load.
This can be a fast pace job - able to work under pressure.
Strong administration skills
Good communication skills
Team player with flexibility and confident approach to work.
