HRGO are currently looking for a Business Advisor to join a client who have a newly established Out of Hours team. You will be required to manage calls during non-standard office hours, as a Business Advisor. The role will be home based and you will be expected to attend the office at times for scheduled training and meetings.
We are looking for individuals who can deliver outstanding customer service to our client base striving to go the extra mile delivering a pro-active service. As the role of Business Advisor - OOH, will suit someone who is confident and has the ability to work autonomously.
Excellent communication skills are essential and you will need to be IT literate. Ideally you will have some knowledge of the recruitment industry or will have worked in a customer service centre previously. Ideally someone who has worked nights on an Out of Hours role previously.
