• Woking Hours: Monday-Friday / 8:00am-5:00pm

HRGO Recruitment are seeking an organised and detail orientated individual to join our clients fire door inspection, maintenance and installation company based in Eastbourne. The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth running of day-to-day operations including, processing new enquires on the CRM system, issuing out contracts and managing bookings.

General Duties:

• Utilise dedicated enquiry management system
• Keep database up to date with customer records and information
• Correspond with new and existing customers via phone and email
• Issue out contracts and agreements to new customers
• Arrange appointments
• Manage health and safety/compliance documents
• Keep up to date with legislation and policies within fire door
• Carry out general admin duties for the business

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience required
• Must be proficient using a computer and Microsoft packages
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Must be able to prioritise own workload
