The National Contact Centre is responsible for the provision of the National Careers Service helpline and the contact channels for the National Apprenticeship Service along with the Department of Education's Covid-19 Helpline. The Business Administrators provide support to the Administration team as well as providing day to day administrative support to other campaigns and the site itself.
The post holder is responsible for providing account handling support to the Account and Operational Services team. This includes data inputting from a variety of sources including online and white mail. You will also be responsible for a range of administrative duties including creating and distributing reports, updating employee files and ad hoc tasks from the management team.
The Business Administrator will also act as welcome host to all visitors, representing the company and its values while delivering company security requirements for all visitors.
The post holder will attend key management meetings in order to build business acumen and to develop minute taking skills.
The Business Administrator will develop their IT skills, including knowledge of key software used within the business, they will also undertake relevant qualifications supporting personal development where relevant.
The role also requires that the post holder attend company development courses such as First Aid and Fire Safety.
The role meets National Minimum wage and you will be expected to work 40 hours per week between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm.
