Building Maintenance Technician

Salary: Up to £30,420 (£15.00 per hour), depending in skill level + Overtime Rate: Paid At Time and a Half - Overtime available

Location: Sandy - Cambourne, Cambridgeshire area

Own transport required due to location

Building Maintenance Technician is required by an established, successful; engineering company to work within their maintenance department, helping and learning all areas of maintenance throughout the company.

Duties will include: -

• Working on the factory premises including new buildings / building repairs and painting & decorating

• Plumbing / Carpentry

• Brick laying / Block work

• Helping the maintenance department in all aspects of maintenance

Significant experience is essential in one of the above skills, but training and guidance will be given in all other areas.

Location: St. Neots - Cambourne, Cambridgeshire area

Rate: Up to £15.00 per hour, depending in skill level.

• Overtime rate is paid At Time and a half - Overtime available

• Start Times Monday to Friday: 07.30am

• 12.00 mid-day finish on a Friday

• Working hours are 39 hours per week

• Permanent position available
