I am looking for a number of Blending Operatives to join my client on the outskirts of Ashford. Shift times will alternate between 0600-1500 and 1500-0000 depending on the needs of the business. Public transport does run here so it is not essential to drive. The role will involve: * Assisting the shift manager/supervisor in all aspects of food production. * Blending, decanting, assembling a number of product lines. * Ensure all products are made to customer specifications including temperature, weight and photo standards. * Efficient operation of pasteuriser and the computerised control panel. * Ensure all products are processed within the required heated and chilling temperatures. * Blend drinks to customer specifications. * Ensure materials are available and equipment is operating properly to deliver the production plan. * Ensure efficient shift change over by controlling stock levels, and GMP and documentation. * Ensure highest standards within the production area to deliver premium quality products to company specifications * Complete all relevant training. * To provide buddy training to new employees. * To work as part of the team to reduce downtime and waste to improve productivity levels. You will be required to complete a basic maths and English test before you are able to commence assignment.
