Our client are looking for some one with advance excel and good customer service skills to work with the finance and sales team. You will be working with their billing systems, looking at invoices, analysing large data and working with the sales teams to help build key relationships across the business. Ensure the timely and accurate addition of new charges to the billing system in line with contract information.
Import and analyse data from suppliers into the billing system.
Ensure the timely and accurate production of monthly bill runs.
Maintain the billing platform to ensure accuracy of automated billing processes.
Analyse large volumes of data to create bespoke reports.
On-boarding new customers and new suppliers into the billing platform
Provide analytic support to resolve customer queries, enabling colleagues to provide excellent customer service.
Assist and support various billing projects as required.
Outstanding levels of attention to detail, producing consistent, quality outputs.
Excellent Time management and prioritisation
Self-motivated and proactive - requiring little supervisory input daily.
Methodical, diligent, accurate and accountable
Comfortable collecting, modelling and analysing data
Flexible and supportive to other members of the Finance team
Advanced Excel knowledge including VLOOKUP.
