HRGO Education are excited to be working with a fantastic secondary special school in Liverpool. The school caters for children aged 11 to 16 years with SEBD and SEMH. The role will suit a calm, emphatic individual who has a passion for supporting and guiding delicate students.

The school are particularly interested in speaking to anyone with a sports background as this is something the children are offered daily.

Supporting children in various classes and groups will be the main purpose of the vacancy. Experience working in this type of environment is not essential, but previous support of children with challenging behaviour, or secondary school experience would give you an advantage.

This school has a fantastic reputation for giving their students well balanced; curriculum-based opportunities and experiences, as well as being involved with the community and offering some outdoor activities to enhance their social and life skills.

The position is full time and depending on funding will run until the end of the academic year. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-3.30pm and some CPD training may be offered while employed by the school.
