Day to day duties will include: Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, coffee and teas Efficient cleaning and sanitising of all work areas, utensils and equipment Carrying out regular temperature checks of freezers, refrigerators and heating equipment Up-selling and suggestive selling of menu items to customers Order receive, control and rotate stock Provide good product knowledge, including coffee blends and preparation Receive and process customer payment Serve freshly pre-prepared food Candidates will require: Good customer service skills Excellent organisation skills Ability to multi - task Basic food hygiene - Ideal This is a temporary full time (40 hrs/week) role.
