Sales Manager - Aviation MRO
Opportunity for aviation sales professional to play a pivotal, strategic role in the continued expansion of a highly successful, aviation MRO business. Managing and developing the existing Client base of renowned Global aviation companies, you will continue to develop these relationships, identify new opportunities, uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and drive new partnerships to the business.
As a key member of the Operations Team, you fully utilise your persuasive and organisational planning skills to deliver the highest standards of customer service, whilst propelling the business towards further successes. Tasks include:
Setting targets and strategies to meet organisational aims
Monitoring market performance and creation / implementation of plans to exploit opportunities for new business.
Establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Creation of reports and business cases
Development and implementation of pricing structures to meet profit margin targets
Contract development and management
Forecasting
Event management
Service delivery reviews
Monitoring and analysis of market developments and their potential impact on business
Marketing and sales strategy
This role requires an experienced candidate with proven experience delivering in a similar role. A good knowledge of relevant Part 145 / CAA regulations and a strong technical understanding of aircraft maintenance are also highly advantageous. This role is based either at Stansted or Southend, with some travel expected as part of the role (car allowance included). Full job description on application. This is a permanent role.
