You will the escalation point for any flight and customer problems dealing effectively with a range of internal departments and contacts to include Ground Operations, Charter Sales and CAMO to ensure best results. You will have the financial acumen and negotiating skills to maximise business opportunities across the company building strong business relationships with key client personnel. In addition, you will ensure effective performance and financial reporting to the clients.
