HRGO are currently recruiting on behalf of Folkestone & Hythe District Council to help with busy summer season.
The Assistant Park Keeper is required to drive, due to the requirement of getting from site to site.
You will be responsible for inspecting each park daily and resolve or report any issues to the Park Keeper.
Main duties to include but not limited to:
-Collect & Dispose of all waste in a safe and responsible manner.
-To litter pick and clear all litter and debris from all areas and watercourses.
-Empty all bins daily or more frequently as required and dispose of accordingly.
-Enforce bylaws relating to dog fouling.
-Sweep all roads, pathways and and steps.
-Carry out all work to a high standard without the need for close supervision in accordance with agreed standards
-Checking play equipment, maintaining sand areas
This role will be 4 days on, 4 days off between the hours of 07.30 - 20.30 with breaks. Rate of pay is £10.10
