Assistant Customer Services Manager We are assisting our client in the recruitment of a Assistant Customer Services Manager to join their busy team in Bishops Stortford. This role is to plan and organise the day to day operation of the call centre staff. The role would suit a firm but fair candidate who is looking for their next step in Customer Service's working full time or part time. Duties and Responsibilities * Responsible for managing that all correspondence is dealt with agreed service levels * Responsible for managing call levels * Manage the teams on a hourly basis and ensure appropriate training is given * Update other departments on the performance of the the team * Manage all administration * Manage the complaints procedure * Assist with the recruitment process * Ensure Health and Safety rules and procedures are monitored * Act as deputy in the absence of the Customer Services Manager & Supervisors Requirements * Confident, self assured who has experience of liaising with staff at a range of levels * Demand high standards from yourself and has ambition and drive to progress * A well rounded approach and ability to problem solve with strong ideas * Proficient with Microsoft Office Location: Bishops Stortford Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30 or Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30 Salary: £24k
