Rate - £18.23

Location - Wembley

Start - ASAP

Our client a local government office are recruiting for experienced Housing Benefit Assesors.

Must have skills and knowledge in the following:

  • Processing Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support
  • Inclusive of New Claims
  • Change in Circumstances along with DHPs
  • Resident Social Funds
  • Reconsiderations
  • Appeals
  • Complaints
  • UC stop Award Notices
  • Knowledge of providing a customer focussed advice, information, enquiry, transactions and complaints handling.
  • To be able to deal sympathetically with distressed, agitated, confused or irate
