This is exciting opportunity to join a leading, established medical device design and manufacturer based in the Harlow Essex CM20 area

We are looking to recruit a Assistant Assembly Team Leader.

The is essentially monitoring , setting up and maximising the manufacture production in line with weekly/monthly production plans, whilst ensuring efficient operation of the department adhering to all procedures and regulatory requirements.

Duties includes:

• Supporting the team to achieve daily/weekly and monthly production targets
• Achieve GMP/KPI targets
• Escalate problems to senior management to ensure efficiency and outputs are maximised
• Ensuring performance assessments are carried out

Hours: 40 per week: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.50pm and Fridays 7.30am to 12.10pm (No weekends )
