HRGO Education are recruiting for an Art Teacher for a comprehensive secondary school in Ipswich, Suffolk. This is full/part time and permanent position with flexibility on days and hours. Starting in as soon as possible for qualified and Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs)
The school are based in Ipswich, with easy transport links via main roads and public transport routes. In 2018 the school was rated 'Good' with 'Outstanding' features. The school is co-educational and teaches KS3, KS4 & KS5 in it's sixth form.
For this position, you will need experience working with KS3 to KS4 pupils, an accurate understanding of the current curriculum, excellent subject knowledge in your subject field and up to date knowledge of the safeguarding guidelines.
You will join a welcoming, supportive and popular department within the school. Benefiting from long term leadership and experience, you will have guidance from outstanding senior management.
This role is open to experienced teachers and those just about to qualify and will be paid on the MPR/UPR and to scale. TLRs maybe on offer to more experiences candidates.
NQTs will benefit from a proven NQT induction programme with a very high success rate for those achieving full qualified teaching status. Your NQT mentor has taught in schools for over 20 years and has the knowledge to intrust onto future teachers.

Interviews for this position will consist of delivering a lesson plan and a face to face interview with the head teacher of the school. Interviews are being held in as soon as possible.
