Our Client who is based near Canterbury, Kent are looking for a permanent Architectural Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Junior Architectural Technician/Architectural Assistant to join a growing company. The ideal Candidate will already have some experience working within an architectural practice, supported by a portfolio of work, be keen to learn more about architectural technology with a talent for residential design. You will also need to demonstrate a firm understanding of AutoCAD. Duties will include: Working as part of a design team assisting senior staff Developing designs to client brief Producing architectural drawings for planning Preparing building control information to a high standard Producing high quality 2D and 3D renders Undertaking measured surveys Liaising with Clients and Consultants from idea to completion A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial Free parking on site Salary 18-22k depending upon experience
