About the Job - Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and tidy Terminal, landside or airside. Striving to achieve high standards of cleanliness and a good level of customer service are essential. Duties to include Cleaning assigned areas within the Airport, cleaning toilets, sweeping, polishing, empyting bins etc and making sure all procedures are followed carefully in respect of Health & Safety and Recycling. To ensure all equipment is kept clean, well maintained and is a safe working order. Uniform and the cleaning materials are provided as well as training on how to properly use equipment. Shift patterns are: This is a Full Time role. 10pm - 6am - 4 days on and 2 days off. Please keep in mind, the Airport is a 24/7 operation. You MUST be able to work any day of the week Monday - Sunday. Salary: £8.71 per hour To be successful in this role, you should have cleaning experience, previous experience of night work is preferred. You will be cleaning the terminals to the highest possible standard and you should be of good, clean hygiene too with particular attention to hands/finger nails, hair care and general appearance.Shoes must be fully covered with tread and appropriate for the requirements of the role.Minimal jewellery to be worn for health and safety reasons. Candidates Must: Be at least 18 years old, provide a full 5 year check-able history, provide a basic DBS (on completion of passing interview stages), have no criminal record or any unspent convictions, be willing to work assigned shifts covering a 24 hour operation, including weekends and bank holidays, be eligible to work in the UK, have valid photo ID, have proof of NI Number and proof of address.
