Hr Go are recruiting for an admin/warehouse operator their client based in Cambridge - CB2 You will be working in the new hospital. You will need to: Maintain all administration duties, good IT Skills To work as a team responsible for the efficient and timely preparation of a Quality service Carry out stock levels for wards and departments. Work to tight dead lines on deliveries around the hospital. Analytical and Judgement Skills - Ensure stock is rotated, documenting all out of date stock. - Make ward staff aware of out of date stock, record and remove. - Maintain stock levels as agreed, highlighting areas that have insufficient stock, ensuring the ward staff are aware. - Produce reports and analyse trends, discuss and recommend revised stock levels. Planning and Organisational Skills - Plans daily workload, having regard for delivery timescales. - Prioritise workload in line with the urgency of the goods. Effort and Environment Physical Effort - The post requires agility and light physical effort, this includes walking, long periods of standing, stretching, working in confined areas, and climbing to low level heights. - Movement of cages within the ward areas.
