HRGO are currently recruiting for an Administrator for the Birmingham & Solihull NHS.

The post holder will be an integral part of the locality working by supporting the All Age Continuing Health care Team in providing a strong business (non- clinical) and administrative function, ensuring compliance with national and local policies and operating procedures.

This role is temporary, with a start date in June.

Mon - Fri, 37.5hrs a week.

Hybrid working is a possibility for this role.

Overview of the role:

  • Minute taking across a variety of panels/meetings
  • Processing Funded Care / Continuing Health Care referrals
  • Liaising with outside agencies
  • Organising meetings
  • Updating our database
  • Letter typing
  • Dealing with all manner of enquiries via telephone and email

Applicant will need:

  • Administration / Secretarial Experience
  • Experience in dealing with the public and with sensitive information
  • Educated to NVQ Level 3
  • Knowledge of IT systems, such as Microsoft Packages
  • Professional working manner
