Role: Administrator - Wellbeing and Occupational Health department
Hours of work: 37.5 per week, fixed term contract until February 2022 with immediate start
Salary: £20,330 per annum pro rata
Location: Bedford (work from home possible)

The role:
- Working within the workforce department
- Manage day to day administration of the Wellbeing Team
- Provide effective Business & PA service to the Wellbeing Manager
- Responding to queries about wellbeing and OH
- Co-ordonation of meetings requests and diary management
- Preparation of agendas and minutes
- Helping with the recording of team's annual leave
- Arranging mandatory training for the team
The person:
- Two years' experience in a similar administrative role
- OCR level 3, diploma in secretarial skills or equivalent
- Educated to NVQ Level 3/ GCSE/ A Level or equivalent
- Experienced in dealing with sensitive information
- Full admin experience including diary management
- Experience in minute taking
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
Skills:
- Able to deal with high volume of work whilst maintaining standards
- Good time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and managers at all levels
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to use own initiative when responding to critical and complex emails on behalf of the Wellbeing Manager
- Excellent written English skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively
- Ability to deal with challenging and difficult scenarios.
- Energetic, decisive, adaptable
- Able to travel within the region if required
- Knowledge of NHS and ambulance services desired, but not essential.
