Position: Administrator
Location: Knowsley
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: £334.12 per week
We are looking for a strong administrator with fast and accurate data entry skills who will support the sales department processing orders and assisting customer with queries.
Duties
- Accurate order entry, switch selling of out of stock and expediting of orders
- Work effectively under instruction of the relevant Team Leader with a concentration on order entry quality and all aspects of sales processing, and order management
- Back order management
- Order allocation management
- Daily haulier checks
- Courtesy calls and spot checking customer satisfaction
- Updating and on-going maintenance of CRM with customer contact details for e-shots and mailing campaigns
- Supporting sales projects, including assistance in mail shot activity
- Perform daily administrative tasks for the team(s) as communicated by the Team Leader
- Develop customer relationships and provide excellent customer service while fulfilling the overall needs of customers, sales team, and the company
- Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills and work within company procedures and policies at all times
- Any other reasonable ad hoc tasks as required from time to time by Management
Accountability's and Performance measures
- Achieves daily order entry volumes
- Timely and accurate order entry
- Continually improving accuracy of administrative work
- Provision of a timely and efficient customer service support
- Grade A - C in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Demonstrable administrative and data entry experience (essential)
- Experience of working in a sales environment
- Computer literate and skilled in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and the ability to learn software
- Excellent data entry and administration skills, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to process tasks through established procedures
- Be able to work quickly and accurately, often to deadlines and under pressure
