The Tidworth Garrison office is situated inside a MoD Garrison and is part of an operational construction yard. You'll need to be able to secure and maintain a security pass to access the Garrison. The small, friendly office is a construction office in site cabins and is therefore less well established compared to a permanent office. What you'll do As the Administrator you will provide administrative support for the construction operations managed from Tidworth Garrison and act as office receptionist, greeting and inducting visitors and taking phone calls. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office based team including preparing time sheets and other IT based duties. You will undertake any general tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. Skills & Qualifications required for the role To enable you to carry out this role you must be able to obtain Ministry of Defence security clearance, be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths and English and able to demonstrate a good standard of written and verbal communication, have previous experience in an administration position with proven customer service skills. You will have strong IT competency with particular emphasis on Excel. You will preferably have experience of SAP and hold a current driving licence, however these are not essential.
