HR GO Ashford are currently recruiting for Administrator to join a flourishing company in Ashford, the role will require someone to have high attention to detail and experience liaising with clients of a high standard. Main duties: * Processing all delivery notes from clients * Ensuring all orders are correct * Liaising with customers and clients regarding discrepancies * Use of the bespoke in house systems * Rectifying all issues * General admin duties * Covering reception when necessary The Person: We are looking for someone who loves to work with figures and has a keen eye for detail processing numerical data onto an in-house computer system. * 2+ years' experience in an administration role is essential * Experience on in house data bases would be advantageous * Intermediate IT skills are required (esp. word/outlook/other MS applications) * The right person will be able to work as part of a team and be keen to learn about the business. This is a full time position paying £18,500 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4.30 pm.
