Are you highly organised and a great communicator? Can you work in fast paced environments? Can you work off own initiative as well as part of a team? HR GO Recruitment are seeking an experienced, and competent Administrator to join a well- established team within the New Papworth Hospital in Cambridgeshire. Purpose of the Role: Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager you will offer support to the service managers and supervisors on a daily basis and will be responsible for the day to day running of the administration of all services within the department and aim to continuously improve the service delivery. . Main Duties of the Role: -Provide clients information as requested in a timely and professional manner. -Operate all requests, complaints and liaison with clients on behalf of the client and maintain records of all actions and calls. -Set up bookings, give general feedback to customers, generate reports and support with full administrative duties to the service and contract teams. -Control and maintain stationary stocks -Operate scheduling shifts and reporting. -Create and maintain effective filing systems. -Manage all holiday requests and calendars for employees Health and Safety: You will be required to work closely with the Group Health and Safety team who are available to provide safety advice and support. Take responsibility for reviewing the safe system of work prior to the commencement of the work activity. Furthermore, you will be required to ensure that safety initiatives are implemented within your areas of control The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a good communicator at all levels. You will be a good professional, reliable, work well within a team and of own initiative, be highly organised and able to work in a high paced environment. In addition to this, you will have good working knowledge of finance and administrative duties, have excellent PC skills which include Outlook, Word and Excel. Location: Papworth Hospital, Cambridge Hours: TBC Mon-Friday Salary: £19,500- £21,500 k per annum depending on experience.
