Situated in the heart of historical Canterbury, our Canterbury branch is recruiting for an experienced Administrator with a proven track record of working in a front-line business support role. You will be part of a successful team who prides its self on the highest levels of customer service for both clients and candidates. Your duties will include: * Answering the telephone in a professional manner * Meeting and greeting candidates/ clients in reception * Processing the weekly temp payroll, including time-sheets, new starters/ leavers and holiday requests. * Managing the client compliance checks * Supporting consultants with resourcing of candidates * Placing of job adverts on job boards as required. * Calling applicants and making appointments for them to register with us. * Candidate compliance.
