Administrator / Customer Service

Do you have strong administration and customer services skills? Are you available for an immediate start?

If so, this opportunity could be for you, duties of the role include:-

  • Updating and recording accurate information onto the in-house database
  • Processing customer orders / quotations as necessary
  • You will speak with customers, being able to deal with any problems regarding orders and resolving these

Candidates suited to this role will have gained a minimum of 2 years previous office experience, being able to communicate well with internal departments and customers over the phone, you will be organised and confident when dealing with problems.

You will possess good attention to detail and be confident with using MS Office packages.

This is on-going work, so candidates must be able to committ to longer term work.
