Brand new Administrator (Aviation) position available for an impressive aircraft maintenance organisation based at Bournemouth Airport. Working within the commercial department, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including:
Raising cost estimates
Generating quotes for aircraft maintenance
Collating and correcting any data for invoice processing
Project and research work
Other technical and general administrative duties
We are looking for a candidate who has a background working within a manufacturing or engineering environment, with aviation or aerospace experience preferred but not essential. You must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, alongside a good standard of Maths and English. Please note, training will be provided for specialist procedures and software.
You must have great communication and organisational skills, with recent experience regarding billing and invoices.
This is a Monday - Friday position, 08.00AM to 17:00PM (40 hours a week). After a three-month probation period, you will be entitled to a variety of employee benefits.
