Administrative officer

We have multiple vacancies available within Oxford that involve being a administrative officer working for Oxfordshire county council, these roles vary in grades/levels of administrative skill. The roles include the following duties... * Working as part of a team to offer secretarial and administrative support to different departments of Oxfordshire council * To learn to specialise in one department to offer them the best support * Act as a first point of contact for members of the public, and then responding to them or transferring them to a member of staff who can help * Process and respond to letters, phone calls, fax's and email's as well as speaking to the public face to face * Collect, process and input data into the county council's information management system, ensuring security and confidentiality * Organise meetings and events * Maintain diaries, appointments and meeting systems * Undertake general clerical tasks, ie photocopying, scanning, printing With this role, you will either be working at County Hall County Council Offices, OX1 1ND or Nash Court, OX4 2RU.
