Administrative Officer

Our client is looking for an Administrative Officer (Estates) to work with their team based in Langley.

The Role:

To assist the Head of Estates & Deputy Head of Estates in the effective and efficient management of the Estates Department.


Your duties will include but is not limited to the following.

  • Creating, budget coding and monitoring of all Estates Purchase Orders
  • Preparation of annual departmental budget spreadsheets
  • Assist Head of Estates as necessary with day-to-day reactive requests e.g. suppliers; ad-hoc orders etc.
  • Responsibility for administrative functions within the department

Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday - 8.30am - 5pm, Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
