Job Title: Administrator Location: Errington0 Salary: £9.00ph We are recruiting for a administrator. We have an exciting opportunity within a reputable company in the Erdington area that is looking for you! Role: The candidate will carry out the following duties (please note this is not an inclusive list). The candidate will use the Concept system (training will be given) to raise tasks, allocated work to Amey engineers and contractors, upload paperwork and amend tasks. The candidate will chase Amey engineers and contractors for outstanding paperwork. The candidate will liaise with our client to book in engineer attendances and gather more information on the tasks they raise. Other duties as and when required. Skills and attitude: The candidate will be a proficient and effective communicator in English, both verbal and written. The candidate will have a good, professional telephone manner. The candidate will be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of email, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and be willing to learn our Concept system Candidate must have a can-do attitude. Competent in taking telephone calls. Professional attitude towards working life. Candidate must be able to work on their own as well as part of a team.
