HRGO are recruiting an Administration Assistant for fantastic opportunity to join a family owned business on the outskirts of Dover.
General duties include:
Receive and make calls for the office
Arrange and process interviews
Receive and process payments
Deal with compliance from new clients
Liaise with Courts, Police, CPS and opponents as and when required
Liaise with relevant Counsel's Clerks when required.
Order and maintain stationary supplies
Other office duties as and when required.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, along with a high level of computer skills and be able to work under pressure in a busy office. You must also like dogs as sometimes they are in the office.
Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Part time and flexible hours can be considered.
