HRGO are looking for a temporary Administration Assistant, to work within a hospital environment. You will be supporting the management team, and acting a liaison between management, other staff and contractors.
Responsibilities:
Acting as point of contact for any queries
Transcribing correspondence
Maintain filing and computer systems
Maintaining office supplies
various clerical duties to maintain the smooth running of the office
You will have experience within an office environment, and be able to manage your own workload. This is a temporary role, starting asap.
