HRGO Dover are recruiting for a temp to perm Administrator to join a local client based on the outskirts of Dover.
Key Responsibilities
Raising sales invoices
Processing supplier invoices
Recording information within the Operations Books and Transport & Customs Clearance data recording systems
Dealing with proof of deliveries, if required
Filing
Any ad-hoc duties as required
General Responsibilities
Promote company values and code of conduct in all that you do and to others you come into contact with
Adhere to company rules, policies and procedures constantly and encourage others to do the same
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation impacting on your role where required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and ensure that confidentiality is applied where appropriate
Hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday with 1 hour lunch
Starting salary is £19760 rising to £20781 after training period.
