Maternity cover position available to start immediately! Working in a busy, fast-paced environment your role will be to support the depot management and team by carrying out a wide range of duties in an efficient and timely manner. Part of this role will involve dealing with customer queries over the phone in relation to deliveries and collections ensuring that the customer receives a professional service and is kept up to date at all times. You will also be responsible for issuing the necessary paperwork and updating the CRM as required. Good attention to detail is required for this position as you will also be dealing with compliance, adhering to set processes and maintaining adherence to all H & S and safety requirements. You will be confident dealing with people face to face as part of the job will be liaising with the drivers at the end of the day and resolving any issues they may have had. My client is looking for someone who has excellent communication skills both verbally and written, a strong team player and someone who is prepared to go the extra mile. The working hours are 11am to 8pm Monday to Friday, starting at £8.20 per hour the rate will increase to £9.09 after 12 weeks.
