A busy privately-owned business in Eastbourne is seeking an experienced part time Accounts Supervisor to join their team. Working as a part of a small team the ideal candidate will have a hands-on attitude, not be afraid to get stuck in, and capable of using their own initiative. You will need to be comfortable with the processing and preparation of accurate and timely financial information, with overall responsibility for sales and purchase ledgers, vat and credit control. As previously mentioned, this is a position that will require you to roll up your sleeves and process every aspect of the day to day finance duties within this business. You will possess good IT/admin skills and an excellent telephone manner, as you will be dealing with customers/suppliers on a daily basis. If you are seeking a hands-on accounting role within a progressive business where you will take ultimate responsibility of the day to day accounting process, this is a great opportunity. You will join a team of 3 within the accounts function of this friendly business. The part time hours can be in 3 whole days or 4/5 part time hour days.
