Main duties include:
Canvassing and closing of business in line with targets set out by line manager
Proactive retention of business
Implementation and creation of team training
Sourcing new leads
Generating maximum revenue from the client base available
Making the line manager aware of any issues or potential issues regarding client
Maintaining close contact with all key decision makers of the clients
Developing strong relationships and keeping clients up to date
Have a comprehensive understanding of your market, products and competitors
The ideal candidate:
You must have experience of working in sales to be considered for this role
Proven record of hitting targets/KPI's
Generate an atmosphere that has a positive influence on those around you
Must be able to build and develop excellent client relationships to maximise revenue
Must have intermediate IT skill
Must hold a full UK driving licence due to the location of the client
