OTE 45k year 1 Basic + commission
Our Client who are based on the outskirts of Canterbury in Kent are looking for an Account Executive to help foster their growth plans for UK and Ireland. This is an office based position.

The role
As an Account Executive your objective will be to manage the relationship with some of our key UK customers as well as supporting our Strategic Account Managers with some of the UK's biggest multinational brands and, in close collaboration with our clients own cross-functional teams, you will work to ensure our customers are super happy as well as growing them by introducing them to a wider portfolio of solutions that we now offer ensuring a mutually beneficial return & establishing the highest ROI for both parties. You will mainly target enterprises in the region and work with our clients whole Enterprise product portfolio to offer the best solutions.
As our new Account Executive, you will:
* Own and drive the whole sales cycle - from prospecting to signature
* Manage the relationship with your assigned customers
* Analyse potential clients' offering, needs and business requirements
* Initiate new sales activities and build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new sales leads and prospect in different verticals
* Build a regular and consistent contact with a global customer base via telephone, email, LinkedIn, face to face meeting and industry events
* Identify product improvements or new products by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
* Work with the Strategic Account Managers to support them in growing our key strategic regional accounts

We believe you have the following in order to contribute to this role:
* Proven successful track record in growing new or existing accounts in a fast paced software or related business
* 2-5 years of experience of B2B sales
* Ability to work with senior sales colleagues & assist them in developing & growth of our strategic accounts
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills & a proven ability to connect & develop relationships in a post Covid world of remote working
Basic salary is 25k-30k with OTE of 45k in the first year.
