Temporary Account Assistant

£11.00 per hour

On going temporary assignment till March 2022.

We are looking for an Account Assistant to cover maternity leave. The right candidate will need to have the following experience:

• Update purchase ledger and reconcile supplier accounts.
• Process payments to suppliers on a timely basis.
• Maintain supplier accounts and GRN files.
• Apply appropriate credit control procedures
• Ensure accuracy of sales and purchase ledger
• Update sales ledger and reconcile customer accounts
• Process administration of freight and shipping documents
