Position: Inbound Retail Advisor

Location: Birkenhead

Hours: Monday - Friday between 7am-10pm (weekends on a rota)

Salary: £348.80 per week

Duties:

You will be required to answer calls from the public and assist with general enquiries

Process information onto the system

Redirect calls to relevant departments

Person Specification:

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Good computer knowledge with accurate data entry

Able to multi-task within a busy environment
